Escrow is the neutral party that will help gather and hold the required documents and funds from the necessary parties in order to help you navigate your way through the closing process. Your purchase agreement or earnest money contract give us the initial instructions needed to begin your closing process. We communicate with your Real Estate Agent(s), your Lender(s), your Attorney, the Seller and the Buyer to bring about closing. We also help to clear title, prepare closing statements, prepare and receive documents needed for closing, arrange for recording of documents, hold funds until all conditions are met and disburse funds according to the instructions provided.


We are not attorneys or tax specialists, so we can’t answer all of the questions or assist you with legal or tax advice. It is wise to contact an experienced real estate attorney or an accountant if you have questions of a legal or tax nature. We will do all we can to make the process run smoothly and efficiently so you can focus on enjoying your new property. Do you need someone to handle your escrow transaction for your rental process? If you are a timeshare owner and have someone that wants to rent your week, Funding Solutions Llc will act as the fiduciary party in the transaction and provide the following:


This is how it works:


  • Collect and verify good funds from the renter.
  • Provide an agreement to be signed between both parties that states the terms such as price of rental, check in date and duration on the stay.
  • Collect necessary confirmation information from the timeshare owner for the renter to check in to resort.
  • Hold the funds, releasing them to the timeshare owner 11 days after the check out date. (This allows the renter plenty of time to contact us if there are any problems with checking in.)





This service is designed to assist timeshare owners with updating title to: (I) add parties to title (so long as no consideration exchanges hands), (II) remove current owners from title (so long as no consideration changes hands), (III) reflect a current owner's name change or (IV) complete a transfer into a current owner's trust.
